On initial contact I will discuss your service requirement and explain my process.



Telephone discussions, email communications or in-person consultation to learn about you, your career goal, and gain important information to create your Resume/CV and cover letter documents.



I will develop your documents so they will impact on the reader through their visual design, format and content.
Your documents will be expertly written using content that clearly, concisely and convincingly details what you have to offer.
I apply professional language tailored to the role and industry sector, with high attention to grammar and tense.



Upon completion of your new documents payment is required.
Your documents are provided in hard copy (at office) or emailed as .doc and .pdf files for your review.
After review if you require any alterations or additions, I will modify your documents and re-email completed files, ready for you to start applying for positions.



On initial discussion regarding your requirements I will establish a timeframe and finalise your service to meet those expectations.
As a general guideline it is preferable to allow 3 days from initial contact to completion.
For customers requiring a same or next day service I will make every effort to meet this timeframe.

Telephone and email communications to provide advice on current employment applications or future positions you want to apply for.
Resume updates to detail any additional qualifications or new positions you have held.
Re-crafting your resume/CV and cover letter documents to target a new position or career role.
Assistance with routine or complex on-line applications and employment processes.
